We hope you are fully satisfied with every auto part you purchase from Europe R Us. But if you need to return an item, please see our policy: Returns Criteria:

1. Parts must be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3. Custom, special order, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Return Instructions:

1. Contact our Customer Service team to receive a return authorization and shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.

2. Repackage the item securely for transit and attach the provided return label on the outside.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

1. Once your return is received and verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase

2. Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of the return delivery.

3. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a part you purchased from Europe R Us, you can return it for a full refund provided the part is unused and in original condition. Our Returns Policy spells out the terms and conditions that must be met to qualify for a return, including process, timeframe, proof of purchase requirements and more.

Europe R Us Return Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with every purchase from Europe R Us, but understand there are times when you may need to return an item. Please review our policy below on acceptable returns and how the refund process works.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

1. Be unopened, unused, and in original packaging and condition.

2. Not be custom, special order, sales items (see product listing).

3. Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Instructions

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid return label. Returns will not be accepted without this label.

1. Email us at parts@europerus.com to obtain the return label.

2. Place the item securely in the package and affix the label. Ship back within 5 days of getting the label.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to verify it meets return standards. Approved returns will receive a refund as follows:

1. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

2. Refund method will be the original payment option used at purchase.

3. Store credit can be issued if the original payment method is unavailable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return an item for a refund and place a new order if needed.

Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “sales” or "non-returnable" cannot be returned. Please confirm the return policy in the product description before ordering. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable.
